Lysbeth “Liz” George

Attorney/CEO

Liz received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she received honors from the National Association of Women Lawyers and the Oklahoma Bar Association. She also earned top student awards in Civil Procedure I, Legal Profession, State and Local Government, Constitutional Law II, Consumer Bankruptcy, Legislation, Environmental Law, Wills, Trusts and Estates, and Antitrust II. In addition, Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in vocal music from Cameron University School of Music in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Active in both the community and legal industry, Liz has served as a Board Member for Blanchard Public Schools and on the Board of Directors for the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) of Oklahoma City. She is currently on the Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Optometry. In addition, she is an active member of the American, Federal, Oklahoma and Oklahoma County Bar Associations. Liz was honored for her service to the community with the Oklahoma County Bar Association Pro Bono Award in June 2016. She was also named a Rising Star by Oklahoma Super Lawyers, 2015 – 2018.  In 2018, Liz was listed in Oklahoma Magazine’s 2018 class of 40 Under 40 honorees.

Liz enjoys spending time at her kids’ band concerts, sports events, and birthday get togethers. And not many things beat a warm latte on a brisk morning watching birds from the back porch.

Jennifer Jackson

Attorney

Since beginning the practice of law in 2002, Jennifer has built a reputation for providing practical, client-focused legal counsel with an approachable and responsive style. Jennifer is committed to delivering personalized service, practical advice, and solutions that address both immediate concerns and long-term objectives. Jennifer believes that effective legal representation requires more than simply knowing the law; it requires understanding each client's unique goals and circumstances. By listening carefully and thinking creatively, she develops tailored strategies designed to achieve efficient, cost-effective results. An experienced litigator, when pre-litigation efforts do not reach resolution, Jennifer gets successful results in the courtroom.

Being passionate about giving back, Jennifer is actively involved in speaking on human trafficking- how to recognize the signs, how to get involved and forensic trauma based interviewing. Jennifer was a long time board member of the Trinity Legal Clinic and still participates in its free legal clinic. Jennifer also volunteers her time with the Palomar Family Justice Center, in their legal clinic,  and Women’s Resource Center as a SANE advocate. 

For Jennifer, practicing law is more than a profession, it's an opportunity to help others, solve problems, and use the law as a tool to leave communities stronger, more just, and better than they were before.

 
 

Kentra Staats

Paralegal

Kentra is a Paralegal who is passionate about providing exceptional client support and effective case management. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to helping clients navigate the legal process with professionalism and care. Outside of work, Kentra enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, family, and friends. She values building strong relationships both personally and professionally.

Dante Specht

Legal Assistant

Dante Specht is a Legal Assistant who began working with the firm at the age of 17. He supports attorneys throughout all stages of litigation by conducting legal research, briefing cases, preparing and organizing case materials, managing court filings, and assisting with trial preparation and daily office operations.

Dante is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Oklahoma and holds an Associate of Arts in Political Science from Oklahoma City Community College, which he completed through concurrent enrollment while still in high school. While at OCCC, he served as President of the Student Government Association as the youngest and first concurrent-enrollment student to hold the position, managed a six-figure student budget, and represented students statewide on the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Student Advisory Board. He is a recipient of the President’s Award for Excellence, a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Scholar, and a member of the 2025 J. Rufus Fears Fellowship cohort. After graduation, Dante is committed to advocating for environmental causes in Washington, D.C., where he hopes to affect global change through policy influence.

Dante previously served a full year as a Legislative Intern with the United States Senate, where he worked on constituent services, policy research, legislative analysis, and communications projects, gaining firsthand experience with the legislative process and federal agency coordination.

In his free time, Dante enjoys writing, repairing typewriters, and reading biographies.

Karla Mata-Rosales

Legal Assistant

Karla Mata is a dedicated legal assistant with five years of experience in the legal field. She is a senior at the University of Oklahoma, pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology, and has earned recognition on both the President’s and Dean’s Honor Roll. Karla Mata is set to begin her law studies at the Oklahoma City University School of Law in Fall 2026 and aspires to become an attorney, bringing a strong foundation in legal research, client support, and case management to her role.

 
 

Tommie Crull

Billing specialist

Tommie is a Billing Specialist with the and has been part of the team for over a year. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2024 and recently got married in 2025. Tommie is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and plays an important role in supporting the firm’s billing and financial processes. Outside of the office, Tommie enjoys spending time with family and friends.

COO

David is the COO of the firm, assisting the team with administrative and human resources management. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2011 and the OU Graduate College in 2016 with a PhD in Pharmacy Management. He enjoys time with the family attending sports events, concerts, and admiring the outdoors in his free time.
